All I need are: Your story, your pseudonym (pen name, net name, whatever you wanna be called), and your email address.  If you want your webpage or archive username on the list, you'd better send those, too.

If you want to be extra nice to me, you can also send along a short summary/blurb for me to put on the Fanfiction page.
