The dealer sheet I have never seen, although I have seen it for sale before.  They exist is about all I know.

The cards I am more familiar with.  Both are the same style of the rest of the trading cards.  They both have a statistic on the back, saying little things about the card run and the film.  They are fairly easy to find on eBay - moreso than the rest of the Comic Images cards.  They're usually rather inexpensive, too.
