Early on in my webspinning, I received an e-mail asking if I knew where to get a model of Aki's ship.  At the time, I was sure that there wasn't one, and kindly informed the caller that Bandai had made a Copperhead playset, but not the Black Boa.

Now I know better.  Some time after, I came across old images taken at a toy expo, including one of two playsets -- our well known Copperhead, and one that bears a striking resemblance to the Boa.  Note the little jeep and quatro.

The conclusion?  It looks like Bandai was planning a second playset, but ditched at the last moment.  Pity.  Looks like Gray doesn't have a helmet in these early bits, either.
 

Next, there is (or were) two images on Dark Horizons of Bandai's up and coming TSW toys.  One was the action figures, nicely lined up, and the other was of the jeep.  Oddly enough, it was packaged to sell, but I never heard anything about it before or since.

Last, is a peculiar little bit from eBay.  The unpained model for Sid's action figure.
